English for Catering

English for Catering is a 30 hour course for adult learners who want to learn about catering, or professionals who are getting training for a career in the hospitality sector. It provides the English needed for dealing with customers and colleagues in a variety of hotel and restaurant situations, such as taking bookings, checking guests in and out, dealing with enquiries and complaints, explaining menus and dishes and taking payments. The material can help the target audience in all four skills and can provide real life situations in the hospitality sector. The course has been designed very systematically keeping in view the required demands of the participants.
