- Inflatable Pipe Stoppers (1,5 - 2,5 bar)
- The PLUGLINE Pipe Stoppers are designed for quick and reliable sealing and blocking of sewers, pipes, gullies, and drainages.
- They are recommended mainly in case of repairs, maintenance, failures, and they are ideal for leak inspections by performing hydrostatic testing.
- When performing hydrostatic testing, these plugs are placed at the other ends of the pipes to block the pipes under test.
- Another common use of pipe stoppers are to prevent the ingress of water, gases, construction waste, dust, rat and rodent into a newly constructed pipe lines.
- The PLUGLINE Pipe Stoppers are made of high-quality special NR/SBR rubber reinforced with kevlar tire (lighter, tougher, and more puncture-resistant) cording. This material can be changed with NBR, CR, EPDM materials according to customer and application requirement.
- Available for pipe diameters from 35 mm (1,37") to 4200 mm (165,35").
- These Stoppers are Pneumatic Stoppers, they can be called as Pneumatic Ball, Standard inflating/working pressures of PLUGLINE Inflatable Pipe Stoppers are specified as 1,5 Bar (21,75 psi) and 2,5 Bar (36,25 psi).
- In addition to this pressures, Inflatable Pipe Stoppers have higher working pressures like 6,0 Bar (87,02 psi) and 12,0 Bar (174,04 psi) can be produced and they are named as PLUGLINE Inflatable High Pressure Pipe Stoppers.
- Usable for temperatures from -40 °C (-40 °F) to 70 °C (158 °F).
