Our humble beginnings can be traced back to 1981. Our founder, Lim Soon Leong, raised enough money for a simple grinding machine and a small inventory of glass. Working from a small plot of land rented from a pig farmer, Da Di Glass Contractor was open for business.However, it was simply impossible to cater to the growing demand for glass from this modest workshop. After enlisting the help of his wife, Chew Mui Kian, they moved to a new workshop at Ang Mo Kio three years later. At this new workplace, there was much more room to grow.
