THIS PRODUCTS COMES WITH SERVICE FROM USECOCOOL MK 6 is mineral oil-based, water-miscible cutting fluid which mixes easily and forms a stable emulsion. ECOCOOL MK 6 is free of secondary amines and thus conforms to German TRGS 611.
Application
ECOCOOL MK 6 is recommended for the precision machining of common materials, e.g. aluminium and steel.Recommended concentrations:
Normal machining 8 – 10 %Difficult machining 10 – 15 %

Application concentration:
To ensure the optimum corrosion protection and lifetime of the emulsion, we recommend a concen- tration of at least 7.5 %. However, the ultimate concentration must also be compatible with the materials involved and the machining operation.
Mixing temperature:
The optimum mixing temperature for water and concentrate is 15 - 20 °C.

Changes in the colour of the water-miscible cutting fluid concentrate have no detrimental effect on the quality or the performance of the product.
As regards application, please observe current German VDI-Guidelines 3035, 3397 Sections 1 - 3 for perfect results.
