ASTM A335 Grade P12 Seamless Pipe ranges in size from 1/8NB to 24NB. The P12 Seamless Pipe can have different forms such as round, square, rectangular and hydraulic forms. Different application interfaces need different types of pipe ends and the pipes have beveled end, plain end and threaded end types. The ASTM A335 P12 Alloy Steel Pipe is made up of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium and molybdenum. This composition allows the material to have the physical and mechanical properties suitable for high temperature and high pressure services. The Sch40 P12 Alloy Steel Pipe has 205MPa minimum yield strength and 415MPa minimum tensile strength. It can also be further hardened by heat treatment.
