**KMS 3000 Concrete Pipe Machine** produces concrete pipes with diameters ranging from Ø800mm to Ø3000mm and lengths from a minimum of 2000mm to a maximum of 2500mm, in compliance with the Iller Bank TSE 821 specification.
- Production is carried out with a single mold attached for all diameters.
- Based on demand, Integrated Gasket or Drip Section Gasket Molds and Pallets are manufactured for diameters from Ø800mm to Ø3000mm.
- The machine’s vibration system features a closed-loop oil circulation system. The automatic lubrication system activates when the machine is in operation. Bearings resistant to high speeds and heat are used within the vibrator.
- The produced concrete pipes are transported to the curing area using a crane system.
