AMI 105 HIGH PERFORMANCE SILICONE SEALANT is a one part Acetoxy cure adhesive that is suitable for general construction sealing and adhesive applications. This product will adhere to clean metal, glass, many types of wood, ceramics and plastic surfaces. Primer may be required for optimum adhesion to some substrates. •Fixing & Glass Glazing applications •Weather sealing of sheet cladding and curtain walling •General Sealing and assembling •Automobile and wind shield glass fixing •Draught proofing •Sealing doors, window frames, skylights, port lights, backlights etc.

Product Characteristics :

AMI PRO 105 is a fast curing on part anti fungi silicone sealant, which cures with atmospheric moisture to form a high strength rubber seal with excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surface, metals, most plastic, tiles, wood, concrete and other building material. AMI PRO 105 has excellent physical properties which are designed to give outstanding durability and performance. Cures very fast . Acetoxy curing system Almost no shrinkage Stays bright and clean Outstanding resistance to mildew and fungus It does not crack or discolor. With stands detergents, cleaning agents and chemicals. Almost free from solvent.

Storage and Shelf life when stored in original unopened container at or below 90O F (32 O C), AMI PRO 105 has a shelf life of 14 months from date of Manufacturing. Containers should always be kept sealed when not in use. After a container has been opened and the entire contents have not been used, extrude 3/8 of material past nozzle opening. When ready to use, pull out cured plug. Sealant is ready to use. Packing AMI PRO 105 is available in HDPE cartridge and 200 Liters drum.
