EPOMORTAR FC is a high-performance, two-component solvent-free epoxy mortar designed for filling pinholes, cracks, and repairing surface irregularities in concrete. Offering excellent bonding strength to both concrete and steel structures, it is an ideal material for simultaneous repair and bedding in one application.Formulated to provide high compressive strength, superior chemical resistance, and outstanding mechanical properties, EPOMORTAR FC is suitable for demanding environments. It delivers a smooth finish and is easy to apply on vertical and horizontal surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. The product is primeless, non-toxic, and available in a range of attractive colors. Additionally, it complies with VOC regulations with a value under 500 g/l according to DM specifications.Typical applications include repair of concrete cracks up to 3 mm wide, bedding anchors, floor repairs, industrial kitchens, catering facilities, electrical substations, plant rooms, swimming pools, leisure centers, heavy-duty workshops, garages, and service facilities.The product consists of Part A (Grey) and Part B (Off white), which should be mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio until uniform. A slow-speed power drill with a jiffy mixing blade is recommended to ensure thorough blending. EPOMORTAR FC should be applied above the finished level using a spatula or scraper, allowed to dry to touch in 4–6 hours, then sanded flush with the surface.Curing allows foot traffic after approximately 24 hours at 25°C, with full cure achieved after 72 hours. Coverage depends on the substrate’s irregularity. Tools should be cleaned immediately with THINNERCOAT 10 organic solvent. The product is supplied in a 10 kg pack containing both components.
