Flap barrier Turnstiles, well known as flap barrier turnstiles or flap gate
optical turnstiles, are the effective crowd access control solutions
designed for the applications requiring ultra high speed access and
medium levels of security, and used to control pedestrian entering or
exiting secured areas under servillance. A valid credential is required
for opening the automatic turnstiles\' wings, releasing a single passage
in the requested direction. If an unauthorized user attempts to tailgate
on a valid entry, or attempts to enter without authorization, the
integrated sensors recognize the illegal passage attempt and sound an
alarm. Flap barrier turnstiles will close the passage immediately after
passing or after the preset time, and the passing time is programable to
meet the actual requirements. Upon power failure or fire system input,
such waist- height automatic turnstiles will be opened automatically to
provide a clear exit passageway.
